2016 Pin Oak Village Real Estate Market Report
In 2016 Pin Oak Village had 30 homes listed on the market, 4 of which are still active.
Out of the 26 that sold, 12 sold in less than 30 days, 5 sold in 31-60 days, 4 in 61-90 days and 1 took 91-120 days.
25 of the homes were in the 300,000-$399,999 sales price range with the average sales price (SP) er sq ft being $95.24; the majority of sales occurred between April and September with April, May, August & September being the hottest months for sales.
Most homes sold 0-5% below their list price with the average being sold at 2% below their list price.
A months of inventory report shows Pin Oak Village at 1.8; Months of Inventory estimates the number of months it will take to deplete current active inventory based on the prior 12 months sales activity. This indicates that it is a seller’s market in Pin Oak Village.
