Erica began her career in the Houston and Katy residential real estate market in 2015 and quickly rose to be among Houston’s top real estate agents. In 2018, she was awarded the Houston Association of REALTORS® YPN achievement award for the top 20 agents under 40 for excellence in sales, leadership, and community service.

 

She currently ranks in the top 300 out of 59,000+ registered agents in the Houston Association of REALTORS®. She consistently receives awards for being a multi-million-dollar producer. Erica represents both buyers and sellers on the North, Northwest, West, Southwest, and South ends of Houston and, more specifically, in the Towns of Katy, Fulshear, Cypress, Magnolia, Montgomery, Spring, Conroe, Houston, Richmond, and Rosenberg full time.

 

Erica is passionate, dedicated, and extremely focused on all her clients’ needs. She is well known for being a tough but fair negotiator and for her attention to detail on each transaction from the start through closing.

 

Erica has resided in OR, WA, CO, NJ, OH, and NH, as well as the TX communities of College Station, Navasota, Houston, Katy, and Magnolia. She’s certainly no stranger to moving, buying, and selling homes, making her an excellent match for her relocation clients.
