About Shelly Davis

After nearly twenty-five years as an educator, Shelly launched her new career path in real estate in 2015. She partnered with a boutique real estate firm in Macon, GA. Shelly not only assisted with administrative tasks and transaction management, but as a licensed agent, she worked directly with buyers and sellers, showing homes and assisting with contract negotiations. Shelly also oversaw HUD transactions and the complete process of getting them onto and active on the market.

 

In August 2018, she moved to Texas and joined Texas Realty Nerds Real Estate Group in December 2019. Shelly oversees operations, supports client showings, coordinates transactions, and provides overall day-to-day assistance.

 

Shelly understands relocation well, as she grew up in a military family and moved often. Her personal and industry experience make her a valuable asset to our clients during the selling and buying process.

 

Shelly lives in the Katy area and is a proud mother of 2 boys.
